GRADE 2 LISTED TOWNHOUSE
In this project we purchased a shop and Grade ll listed building with a rather crude extension at the rear. We worked with the local planners and heritage officers to create a modern rear extension and court yard garden that completed the main building. This was a particularly complex job for many reasons; including the logistics of getting a relatively simple delivery due to the building being built on the main High St down to trying to source the correct stone to be fitted on to the drive and courtyard, which ended up coming form a 17th century church near Leeds.
