LUXURY FAMILY HOME IN HERTFORDSHIRE
This site originally consisted of a small bungalow which we immediately knew wasn't taking advantage of the available land. We saw a great opportunity here for more, which is why we demolished the bungalow and replaced it with a beautiful family home. Including 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, we designed and built this property to a very high standard. We ended up selling off plan, and as such we were 75% finished when the property was sold. The buyer was initially keen to pick their own finishes and kitchen, however after we shared our design plans they reversed their decision and did not change anything. It's always great when we're able to help the homeowners create their dream, especially as we pride our self on finish and design. We don’t just build houses, we build homes.
