MULTIPLE BARN CONVERSIONS

This site was originally an old farming barn that was granted planning permission for three 4 bed houses. These properties were to be hybrid builds consisting of brick, block, steel and timber. Because of the rural location we needed to fit a septic tank and decided to go for an air heat source rather than oil fired boilers. All of these houses were finished tremendously well.
